I was pleasantly surprised. Too many stories lack solidity. This kept me reading & wanting more. Plenty of detail without feeling like it was just trying to fill holes in the story. Definitely recommend to all readers.

Love this series of 7 books! It's exciting, keeps you interested, and is well written. I encourage those that like an epic series about a war to rule a world with plenty of magic involvement then I encourage you to pick these up! You will not be disappointed.
Outstanding
I churn through a lot of books on my Kindle. And there are a lot of good books out there. I'm currently on Book 4 of the Sovereign of the Seven Isles series and have been very impressed. I wanted to come back and offer my review of the 1st book in the series because it's just that good. If you're looking for something new and fresh and engaging, then start here with Thinblade.
MUST READ
Great book! I can't believe that no one has made a TV series about this story yet. The book is easy to read, very easy to follow, and so descriptive that you feel like you've right there with all the characters in the story; feeling all the same strong emotions as the main characters. I can't wait to dive into the next ?
Sword and Sorcery
Sword and Sorcery at its best. I enjoyed this book more than most. I read the last half in one sitting cause I just couldn't put it down. I will start the next book right away. I recommend this book to everyone who has any interest in this genre.
Extremely well written
It's difficult to find a writer who can weave together an interesting story with believable characters using vivid clarity while not being too verbose, but here it is! Definitely an enjoyable read.
