The book is split into two parts and 21 Chapters. Approximately 175 pages
Part one takes you through the basic tools and techniques which will allow you to identify where your life needs positive change and the how to make those positive changes.
Part two takes you through common problems which can be tackled using the basic tools and techniques from part one along with more specific tools for each problem.
The techniques and tools we shall be describing here are simple, easily applied, effective DIY methods which you can use yourself to improve the quality of your life. They are not obscure abstract methods but common sense, often visual techniques, helping you discover your real feelings and challenges and to chart your progress day to day and month to month as you progress to a more positive and healthy life.
So if you are suffering from lack of assertiveness, anxiety, worry, depression, stress, anger issues or phobias or you feel your self-esteem is a little low - these techniques can help. Beyond this the methods you learn will help you to "tune up" your life and keep it on track by assisting you to think more positively about events and situations. The tools and techniques you will learn can be returned to again and again to reinforce your newly learned way of thinking and behaving.
