Description

In the dusty frontier town of Fell Falls, there is no silverware, no servants, no velvet nor towering spires. Only dust, danger and the railwraiths.

When Prime Lord Hark is found in a pool of his own blood, his only son Merion Hark finds his world turned upside down and inside out. His father's last will and testament sends Merion west across the Iron Ocean, to the very brink of the Endless Land and the known world. To a place they call Fell Falls, Wyoming.

As Merion struggles to adjust to his new life with his Aunt Lilain, the town's undertaker, he vows to find a way home and find his father's killer. Merion has one ally to help him escape the torturous heat and unravel the mystery: a faerie warrior named Rhin. An outcast of the fae realm, Rhin's dark past can finally forgotten in the Endless Lands. Or so it seems.

Revenge and redemption are never easy. There are dark forces at work in Fell Falls, and not just the railwraiths, brigands or the savages. Lilain is hiding a secret that lurks in Merion's bloodline. Secrets that will redefine the young Lord Hark, and open up a whole world of magic buried by empire and industry.

Praise for The Scarlet Star Trilogy:

"Good, strong writing. A solid read." - Mark Lawrence

"An incredibly strong read that fans of fantasy and or westerns should check out. Will appeal a lot to fans of the likes of Neil Gaiman and Jim Butcher." - Fictional Hangout

"An accomplished coming-of-age story." - Fantasy Book Review

"Hit all the right notes, with fantastic world building, a captivating story, unforgettable characters, and a plot that refused to fit in any molds. The author has very evident talent." - Bookworm Blues

"Galley has this fantastic ability to bring you into it all so slowly, so carefully, that you don't quite realize your view of the world is shifting until it's shifted. It's unique, highly entertaining, the pacing is superb, and the characters varied and a lot of fun to read about. Definitely worth paying attention to." - Bibliotropic
