Description
Taking place during Great Depression in the 1940's, The City Newspaper tells the story of James Monroe, a man who slowly goes insane over not knowing whether he killed a man or not. A victim of violence and alcohol abuse, his own touch of reality is lost. The story is captured in a industrial city of smog, poverty, and hopelessness.
