I am eternally on a diet, but when I'm not the problem isn't with my meals, its with the copious amounts of snacking I do. People at work were always commenting on how healthy, inventive and tasty my meals looked, so I decided to show a few on my You Tube channel. They were a raging success, so I decided to group them together in one easy book as a reference tool if you don't want to watch though all the videos!
In here you will find a selection of ideas for breakfast, lunch & dinner, that are either low carb, low calorie, quick and/or easy, or all of the above. I try to eat mostly low carb meals due to a hormone imbalance that causes sugar spikes and these are things I eat regularly - in fact I rarely stray from my beloved peanut butter porridge.
When I get motivated to lose weight, I eat meals such as these and just cut out the crisps, chocolate etc and I get down to my ideal weight of about 146 pounds, but even without cutting out the rubbish, these meals are healthy enough that I don't put any weight on (but don't lose any) and remain at about the 176 pound mark.
The one thing I found with a lot of diet recipes is they were just too bland. I like, no in fact, I LOVE rich food so I needed things to eat that excited me and had real taste. What I'm most passionate about above all is that the food is healthy and tasty and in the book I have listed some of the extra benefits of each recipe, for example Turmeric in the Salmon helps the joints.
