Darryl Regis is 13 years old. His life consists of being bullied at school and being abused at home. He shares his thoughts in his journal, which he calls 'The Victim Vault'. Through these journal entries we learn that Darryl has something sinister growing inside of him, murderous fantasies of bloody revenge.

It's only after a chance meeting with a mysterious loner who calls himself Seth that Darryl starts to really believe that he could act out these fantasies.
