It is with great pleasure that we bring to you the next two lessons in the Complete Physique Course. Lesson III covers workout schedules and training advice for athletes in specific sporting disciplines. Lesson IV covers a basic overview of the skills of competitive Olympic weightlifting. At the time of the original publication of this material there were still three competitive lifts, the Snatch, Clean and Jerk, the standing press. Of course, the Press is no longer around, but it certainly would behoove all strength athletes to become proficient at it.
The information presented here is basic, but certainly effective. Put the work in and you will certainly benefit greatly.
