Sometimes, God throws a curve ball directly at your genitals. He has thrown so many at me that I still struggle to sit down! After surviving several lifesaving heart operations, living with disabilities, and needing a complete heart and lung transplant, God threw just one more ball! But this time, it wasn't aimed at me... but at the whole bloody world!

The scientists named it the CORONAVIRUS... but Donald Trump had many other pet names for it!

Being one of the four million clinically extremely vulnerable individuals in our society, my specialists, long before the UK government woke up to the pandemic, decided it was best to keep me indoors and shielded away from the virus with only the best and worst people I could imagine - My family!

When I started posting these diary entries on social media, I got such a great response from all my friends and followers that they persuaded me to share them on a much bigger scale - The book you now hold in your hands!
