Within these pages lie eleven tales (including two brand new, previously unpublished ones) of the supernatural, the macabre and the weird, for you to enjoy. They are frequently set in Yorkshire, where I live; a museum (inspired by Cliffe Castle) on Christmas Eve, is stalked by an ancient demonic evil; a derelict church in Halifax is home to ghost-children, trapped by a curse; in a Gothic cemetery (inspired by Undercliffe) a boy finds himself stone-struck after falling asleep on the Angel's tomb; the moors around Ilkley provided the backdrop to the Victorian Gothic story, The Foundling about two very different 'brothers'; in the time-slip tale, Dream Catcher, set in Milner Field Woods, a teenager is lured into another world by a witch. In other stories, women transform into magical, powerful beings to wreak terror; Krampus visits a Victorian family, and strange Shadow Children people a deserted playground near Shipley Glen.
