Being a first-time visitor to Mexico, I never had any expectations for my visit. I just wanted to visit Mexico and see what it was like.

I got to Mexico, and I was blown away! For one, the people of Mexico are friendly and cool people!! Almost every Mexican I came in contact with welcomed me with open arms!

Asides from its people, another thing that I enjoyed in Mexico were the underground waterholes. I had never seen or experienced anything like it before and I was gob smacked in excitement!

Moving on, I got so wrapped in the beauty social hub that the Mexico City was. That city opened up my sleeping social part. I experienced music, festivals, dances, game hubs, clubs, museums, and you name it!

And the best part (of course, food is always the best part!), the food!!! Mexican foods and drinks are one of a kind, they are masterpieces!

The prehispanic/Spanish roots of the Mexican cuisine make this cuisine very special and amazing to experience.

While in Mexico, I tried my hands on some Mexican dishes and they came out well, with help from some Mexican friends I made there.

From learning how to make tacos, I graduated to learning other amazing Mexican meals that I can't wait to share with you in this special cookbook edition!
