Mercury and Social Anxiety: Why Limiting Your Exposure to Mercury Can Ease Shyness, Anxiety and Depression
Share This
Description
Several years ago I discovered that I had excessively high mercury levels due to a higher than recommended amount of fish in my diet. I immediately began researching the issue to determine whether my high mercury levels might be behind some of the health issues I'd been having. Along the way I discovered something incredible. My life long shyness, anxiety, and embarrassment at being noticed, was beginning to dissipate. I was calmer in the presence of strangers, and I had increasing levels of self-confidence. I researched mercury and social anxiety as far back as I could, and what I discovered shook my world because I saw so much that could have changed my life if I had only known it. If you have anxiety issues and eat more than 2 servings of fish a week, I would like to show you the ways in which historical mercury use may be relevant to your modern day anxiety issues.
