The challenges before her appear insurmountable, and it seems that understanding the strange behavior and social structure of the men surrounding her will strain her to the very limits -- but that will soon become the least of her problems.

The warpath is filled with mud, blood, and testosterone which all-too-often overcomes common sense... will Falon survive long enough to set foot on the field of battle? And even if she does, what hope does a fifteen year old girl have against trained Battle Knights, Cavalry charges, and the prying eyes of her militia camp?

This tale could be nothing more than the ignominious end of a fifteen year old girl, on a battlefield far from home... or it could be the beginning of a magical adventure which she could only hope to read about in her sister's books!
