A Mandarin (Pinyin) and English parallel text for young language learners of Mandarin and English, with a simple Mandarin translation by Chrissie, suitable for ABCs and BBCs, and non-Chinese learners.

Pinyin is Mandarin written in Roman characters, and so should display correctly on all devices. There is a separate version of this book that also includes simplified Chinese characters, however that version will not display correctly on Generation 2 and older Kindle devices (Kindle GDX and earlier, nor on other devices without Chinese character fonts installed).

An adventure story about Princess Kitty, and Ping, her musical bird of paradise, and their journey across the Yellow river by dragon boat to recover Ping's voice box. With guidance from a wise old woman, Kitty finds her way to the Imperial Palace, where Ping's voice box is hidden, locked away in a musical casket.
