When sixteen-year-old Annamarie Chadwick is shipped off to a boarding school for the musically gifted, she thinks her life is over. After all, she'd rather hit somebody with a flute than play it. Her real goal is to open a karate dojo, a dream which neither of her parents understand. While suffering through life at the academy, she meets the famous Daniel Marino, Jaiden King, and Gavin Shaw. All are wealthy with good looks to boot. Unfortunately, while Jaiden and Gavin are friendly and welcoming, Daniel Marino has a personality of a weed. Soon she finds herself in the middle of a war with Daniel that eventually leads to something more -- love stronger than she's ever known. The problem is that while her wild anger at Daniel grows to frenzied passion, Jaiden's calm and understanding companionship has led her to feel strong affection for him as well.
