Description
This rare Mark Twain short story collection was part of his copyright legal battle in England. It was released without his permission and he never received income from it. It is NOT a scan of the original. It is a transcription of the printed edition that has been painstakingly edited to resemble the original as closely as possible in a digital format. It contains 27 sketches that are mostly from THE GALAXY magazine that Mr. Twain was one of the editors for from 1870 to 1871. The following is a list of the sketches in this book:
