Description
In 1837, upon Helena Cadfield's return to Oxford from boarding school, she learned that her father had passed away in Greece, excavating treasures on her mother's property. Helena became a governess to afford her trip to Nemea, Greece, to finish excavating the treasures. She promised Allan Murphy, her beau in England, that she would return.
Once she arrived in war-torn Greece, Helena experienced the poverty of the country, yet fell in love with handsome Aristotle, who joined forces with her in excavating the ancient treasures. Honoring her commitment, Helena returned to Allan but discovered a surprise waiting for her. She realized that the most important treasures are those of the heart. Will she return to Aristotle? Will she make the right choice?
