February 1958. The Worley's, a family of four, are on the way down to Florida.

fighting again shortly after leaving their New York apartment.

For almost the entire two-day drive to Florida, young Tommy and Theodore can
only sit there brokenhearted as their parents bombard each other with a litany
of insults, threats, and expletives. But, cruel as spouses can sometimes be, it
doesn't always mean that they don't love each other. There still could be hope
