Description

On January 17, 1989, prison Director James Michael Francke was murdered. A small time hoodlum was subsequently convicted of the crime. However, the man did not commit the crime and the prosecution had gone out of their way to frame him. This book explains why, how, and answers the question that has hounded the public for decades: Who Really Killed Michael Francke?
One thing that really sets this book apart from all other true crime books is that I am not merely proving an innocent man is in prison, I prove that he was framed. The trial Judge was in on it, the D.A.'s office was in on it, and all the so-called witnesses lied. Ironically, we can prove that the main witness, an alleged eyewitness to the crime, is the man who really did it. To top it all off, the innocent man's own lawyers helped frame him. Could it get any worse?
Yes, actually it can... and did. But I do not want to spoil all the surprises. From the State police threatening witnesses to the cops fabricating evidence, And one of Frank Gable's own attorneys even went so far as to marry Frank (in order to convince him not to testify at his own trial). You select the scenario that would most scare the hell out of you if you were on trial for murder and I guarantee you that it does not rise to the level used on this man. I promise you.
Ironically, the witness who was alleged to have testified that he saw Frank Gable kill Michael Francke, never testified to that at all. But Frank's own lawyers and the Judge claimed he had. How does a man go to prison for the rest of his life and nobody saw him do it? How do you convict a man when no murder weapon was ever found? The cops made up a story about how Frank carried butcher knives and then presented that to the jury. The defense attorneys never voiced an objection even though a butcher knife could not have committed the crime .And I prove this.
The prosecution alleged that Frank stabbed Mike while Frank was inside the man's car. That couldn't have happened, either. Lt. Pex testified that there were three separate knife attacks; all three were overhanded, top to bottom, right to left. Let's see you get in a car and raise a knife over your head to stab in the chest a 6' 5" man who was standing outside.
Not only couldn't Frank stab a man overhanded from inside a car, he couldn't have done it with a butcher knife. And forensics proves that Michael Francke was laying down at the time he was murdered. Kinda hard to argue with forensics.
There was no blood, no hair, no dna, no murder weapon, or anything else that would tie Frank Gable to the murder. Had Frank testified, he would never have gone to prison. But Frank was tricked into keeping quiet. His own damned lawyers were telling him "If you testify, Frank, they'll convict you." What would you do? Frank had no way of knowing that his own lawyers, including his new wife, were out to hang him.
No less than eight witnesses testified that Frank Gable could not have committed the crime. Two of those witneses saw two men chasing the dead man ten minutes after Frank was alleged to have killed him! When these two witnesses came forward, the State police threatened to kill them. Two other witnesses were killed before they could testify. The defense investigators were threatened, one of them was beat up by the main defense attorney. And one of the investigators would later be murdered by the police.
Every one of the investigators tried to help Frank Gable but were rebuffed by the attorneys and the trial Judge. They knew Gable was being wrongly convicted by a corrupt court.
In case you think I have spoiled the story for you by revealing too much, don't fret. There are twists and turns galore in this mockery of justice. You won't believe any of it, but I include documents and forensics evidence that clearly proves it. As I said, envision your worst nightmare and multiply it. You will never look at the criminal justice (sic) system the same way again.
