A shy, introverted scientist learns to quantum manipulate DNA. He turns a frog into a beautiful woman. A beautiful woman that is not at all interested in him. Dr. Dudd tells his troubles to a psychiatrist, who thinks he has lost his mind.

When Dr. Safari Bliss takes a trip to her patient's laboratory, she begins to realize that the nerdy scientist may not be crazy after all. He quantum manipulates another frog into a cat, much to her surprise. When she leaves, Dr. Dudd gets the bright idea to fiddle with his own DNA so he can morph himself into a hunk of masculinity... a hunk of masculinity that will be sure to win his psychiatrist's affections.
