Sunshine has the life that she always dreamed of. She lives in a spacious home with a big back yard and plenty of acreage. She is financially stable and in a happy relationship with the love of her life. However, she quickly learns that life can be turned upside down in the blink of an eye. Drama constantly knocks on her door, and she struggles to stay sane with all the back to back commotion. In the end, it boils down to Sunshine choosing family or her man.

Savage is a well-known hustler/rapper whose ambition and aspirations are lined up together. He's the founder of a drug- trafficking organization, owns a successful recording studio, is the owner of a rap label, and is known to associate with a number of high profile hip-hop artists. Regardless of his fame, he finds himself in a few unpleasant incidents. His success causes a friend to turn into an enemy, and a lover becomes a rival. In due time, Savage realizes when the grass is cut low the snakes will show.

Fiona is focused on making money and reeling in the man who she wants a new life with. With all of her skeletons easing out of the closet, happiness seems impossible. After finding out she's pregnant, all hell breaks loose. Out of the blue, she's faced with an unexpected pregnancy along with long-lost siblings who despise her. She tries to muster up enough strength to deal with everything coming her way. When she finally decides to start over and live righteously, it's a tad bit too late.
