They tell Abby everything is going to be fine. There are new medications. New treatments. In no time at all the world is going to make sense again.

That would be great. If she could only believe it. Fantastic to think she's feeling sunlight and not radiation, that no one has overthrown the United States government, not the Koreans, Chinese, Columbians or anyone else.
