This volume introduces many new authors who have yet to make their mark. There are 21 stories, with biographies and illustrations. I have endeavored to assemble the most exciting, imaginative, well-plotted and well-written stories from the many I received. I believe that this anthology showcases some of the best, most talented new horror and dark fantasy writers from around the World. There are contributions from new writers in England, Scotland, Wales, the USA, Canada, Australia, and Russia. The subjects covered range across the whole of the genre spectrum, and all have one thing in common; they illustrate what has always been the cornerstone of these volumes: Horror with a Heart.
