Description
Carole Williams ran her own petsitting business, Pampered Pets, in Leeds for around fifteen years. During that time, she was told on numerous occasions that she should write a book about her experiences. The Peesdown series is based loosely around her years of pounding Leeds parks walking numerous dogs every day, giving them a wonderful time and gaining immense job satisfaction whilst thinking about plots for her books and experiencing the creeps in the woods!

PEESDOWN PARK - book 1
Miranda loves animals, wants to be outdoors for most of the day and be her own boss so she launches Four Paws, offering dog walking, catsitting and pet friendly holidays in Peesdown, a lovely suburb of Leeds with its own beautiful park.
But petsitting has its drawbacks such as walking dogs in the woods where creepy men lurk about... and Miranda has no idea she has to be specifically aware of William... a man she has met in Peesdown Park whom she thought she could trust. She has no idea he is a killer, having fled the UK after murdering his parents to gain their wealth and then attacking numerous women abroad... but now he is back... and residing near Peesdown Park... and he has developed a crush on her, is taking sneaky pictures of her and has erected a shrine to her in his house. Just how long can Miranda remain safe?
AMAZINGLY FAST ACTION, very entertaining, funny in places and in others, rather scary. It held my interest to the point of being almost impossible to put down. All the characters, including a number of dogs, were very different and well described and also gave insight into the intriguing life of a professional dog walker as well as telling an eerily creepy thriller.
A MIXTURE of intrigue and romance. The characters were really likeable. Loved the mystery, stalker and romance. Couldn't put it down. Another great from Carole. Looking forward to the follow on.
A REALLY GOOD READ, LOVED IT! Gripping. Particularly loved the main character, Miranda.
GREAT STORY: Great read. Couldn't put it down. Can't wait for book 2. I couldn't stop thinking about the characters.
FABULOUS: Will they, won't they? A crime thriller with a good story and not too much in the way of extreme violence.
PANIC IN PEESDOWN - BOOK 2 - continuing the dramatic events in Peesdown with the main characters from Peesdown Park and a few very interesting new ones!
COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN! What an excellent read! Thoroughly enjoyed this sequel and would well recommend others to read.
A FABULOUS READ: I thoroughly enjoyed catching up with all the characters in this latest book. It kept me gripped throughout. Fabulously written. I highly recommend this and all previous works by this author.
CREEPY WILLIAM STRIKES AGAIN! Creepy William is up to his old tricks. Thoroughly enjoyed the 2nd in the series. Full of intrigue and suspense. Captured me from the start. You won't be disappointed.
