The Godless Times is chronologically first in Cutugno's series of historical Westerns and kicks off his Before The Tarnished Star series. It is a story of greed, raw power and ambitious womenthat introduces David McClure and Thomas Powell, who come to prominence later in Cutugno's The Godless Men, set in 1868.
