A Note from Caroline Bradlieu
To celebrate the release of my newest novel His Inner Woman, I'm making several of my previous books free for a limited time. It's my way of saying thank you... to all of you who've ever seen a piece of yourselves reflected in these pages.
His Inner Woman is a tender, intimate story about a man who agrees to watch a little girl during a snowstorm and ends up discovering the femininity he's hidden his whole life, with the help of a child's joy and a woman's gentle, knowing touch. If you've ever longed for a world where your softness is seen, encouraged, and slowly undressed into the light, I hope this story finds you.
With warmth,
Caroline Bradlieu
-----------------------------------------------
Joe Coventry is a doting father and a loving husband. Unfortunately for him and his daughter, Joe had lost his wife to a long illness several years ago. Nevertheless, he wanted to give his daughter the best home that he could. Thinking that his daughter could use a female influence in her life, Joe decides to re-marry. But things don't go quite according to plan. Joe's new wife, Harlowe is a manipulative jezebel who only has eyes on Joe's money. Through lying and cheating, Harlowe frames Joe for fraud relating to his employer. However, things take an unexpected turn when Harlowe suddenly meets her end in an accident. His tormenter now gone, Joe must still deal with the fraud allegations. Sadly, Harlowe was also the only one who could prove his innocence. Seeing no other way out, Joe decides to take a big risk - impersonate his now deceased wife while "Joe Coventry" suddenly goes missing. Joe's business suits and ties are traded in for the dresses, pearls and heels of a housewife and mother as he begins his new life as Harlowe but when forensic scientists and medical doctors get involved, how far would Joe be willing to go to keep up his ruse?
