Whilst it is not possible to vape CBD all the time it is possible to eat it as a snack several times a day. Vaping or smoking hemp can damage the lungs, but digesting it with your diet as a consumable is completely safe and healthy. Furthermore, CBD has a long lasting effect when consumed as part of the diet compared with vaping it. Finally, it won't cost you as much money to use CBD in cooking than it does through vaping where you need larger quantities.
