With the passing of her parents, Flora's normal life in America has come to an end. As she comes to terms with their passing, Flora discovers that she has inherited the Craig Estate, the home her father left behind in Scotland before her birth.

New surroundings in a new country would have been foreign enough. However, within her father's final letters, Flora discovers that the Estate is cursed: by night, Fae magic transforms those of her bloodline who live on the grounds.
