Description
"I'm a spiritual being in a human body with a human mind. I'm not the human mind. I am the observer of it." Joanna Cameron
I've written 10 Ebooks in my Ebook Spirituality Shorts series. Number eleven, #11, has to be Relax, Release, Shift. Eleven, or #11 in numerology, means New Beginnings. It is emblematic, absolutely perfect timing. That's what the Shift in consciousness is. It's a Shift to a Higher Dimension and vibration of energy, often called the Fifth, 5D. In computer-speak, it's metaphorically uploading a new operating system.
It feels like love and one-consciousness.
All my books have experiential exercises that you practice in your head. You learn to 'Empty Out' thoughts and quieten the mind. You relax and let them go. I give you techniques, suggestions and mindsets that facilitate the release of negative emotions (disturbances).
Have you ever wanted to tell your ego or critical factor, "Shut Up?" In this book, you will learn different ways to stop that critical voice once and for all. It's not suppression, which is impossible for the ego-mind. It will always keep literally reminding you. The ego is the part of your mind that wants to be in control. It will bargain, connive and even urge you to manipulate others. The drama in your head is akin to a Shakespeare play.
This book teaches you about the quantum nature of your DNA, your chakras (energy centers) your intuition, and how to meditate and even lucid dream. You'll learn how to tap into those chakras, release anxiety, control your breathing and heart rate variability and get into the energy flow. Learning how to relax, release your disturbances and limiting beliefs with intention is a vital key to enlightenment. In this book, it is old 3D energy that will be released. The collective Shift energy is here to help you.
Sitting on the same stool where's he's sat for 30 years, a beggar is asking a passerby to spare a coin. A Buddhist monk watches intently and asks the beggar, "What's in the box of your stool?"
The beggar replied, "I don't know. I've never looked."
With that, he stood up, reached down, and opened the box. His eyes morphed into saucers, his mouth frozen-open in surprise. The box was filled with gold. All of these years he had been sitting on a pot of gold and didn't know it.
It's impossible to find the key to your jail cell without first knowing that you
are in jail. Most people live their lives in painful personhood, driven by the
persistent egotistical demands of the mental and pain bodies. It's called suffering. There is a key!
