A wind-catching girl and her brother journey to Black Mountain with hopes of capturing the strongest and rarest of all winds, found only on the ominous mountain peak.

But Ella, the eldest of the siblings, soon realizes she can't reach the mountain peak without sacrificing something. Once she gets there at last, she sees that the wind wasn't at all what she expected.
