Description
Edward Clark, 1830-1913, along with his wife Mary, went to India in 1869. They arrived in Sibsagor, an established mission station. Edward was working on translation and printing, Mary was teaching. Headhunters from the Naga Hills came down from the mountains to trade. "Come to us," they said, "Tell us what these word mean. Teach us, and our children to read. We want to learn about this Jesus." While everyone around them said "No!" Edward was sure that God was telling him, "Yes! Go!" This is the thrilling short story, about a 30 minute read, how one man's obedience led to one of the most successful missionary endeavors of all time.
