Description

Welcome to my story about living in Thailand as an English woman, teaching English, managing daily life, adapting to cultural differences, eating weird food, trying to learn the language, and having a relationship with a Thai man.

In September 2005 I moved to Ubon Ratchathani, in the northeast of Thailand, to teach English to kindergarten children for 3 years. I wrote a blog whilst I was there and this is my experience of living in another country.
