Aly is too busy coaching her friend to her track dream for dreams of her own.

Aly Ford gave up everything to move back to Big Shot, Tennessee and coach her friend, Mina, to reach her dreams. The town holds nothing but bad memories, and Aly's counting the days until the big meet is over and she can leave Big Shot behind. But after a national news program features her runner, Mina gets sinister messages and Aly is almost run down by a speeding truck during a training session.
