Description
He's a serial monogamist.
She's never had a serious relationship.
Can these co-workers level up from friends to lovers in this funny fade-to-black romcom?
(Note: This book is a sweet, low-heat, closed-door romcom.)
Wendy O'Halloran is the queen of Carter-Jenkins PR. She's a straight-talking spitfire who knows her mind and makes things happen. But one thing she's not sure how to do is tell her friend and co-worker Randall how she really feels about him. They see each other several times a week outside of work and their time together isn't exactly platonic, even though she's convinced herself it is.
Randall Hamilton recently joined Carter-Jenkins as their in-house legal counsel, though he's known Wendy longer than that. In fact, his brother is dating her best friend. The two have gotten close and Randall has developed strong feelings for her, but he's recently out of a relationship and doesn't feel ready to jump into another one.
When a friend confronts them about how they act as if they're dating, will Wendy and Randall admit their feelings for each other, or will they deny anything is happening between them? Find out in So Much More!
So Much More is a closed-door romance set in the late 1980s. It reads like a contemporary romance with all the tropes, closed-door chemistry, and banter, but the relationship evolves without the use of cell phones or the Internet. Dating was a whole different game in the 80s!
Read this book if you enjoy the following tropes and situations: friends to lovers romance, workplace romance (with no power imbalance), witty bantering, dual POV, she's older than him, 1980s setting.
