Description
Surf's up, and so is something else...
I thought moving to San Francisco would be my ticket to freedom, away from the watchful eyes of my well-meaning but overprotective family -- especially my big brother. I'm all grown up now. Independent. Capable.
And maybe a teensy bit of a control freak.
Pushing past my limits, I snag a job at a surf shop despite my fear of the water. But when trouble finds me one night, the only person who comes to my rescue is the last man I want to call -- Ty, my brother's best friend.
He could have exposed my mishap, tattled on me, and proved I couldn't be left on my own. But he didn't. He continues helping me instead, offering to teach me to surf. I'm afraid of the water, but I'm about to learn what it means to get wet.
Ty's deliciously handsome. Smart. A perfectionist like me. Deadly serious about his career, but casual about women. And though I'm out of my depth, I propose we dive into a simple, sizzling summer fling.
And we won't tell my brother.
We agree to have fun, and that's how I intend to keep it. My brother wouldn't approve of my becoming a casualty in Ty's dating life, and I won't compromise their friendship.
As the summer heats up, I discover just how deep Ty is willing to dive. Can I keep my head above water, or will I drown in desire?
I may be his best friend's little sister, but we're about to get carried away in something neither of us expected.
