Set in Chesham on the English countryside, this is the tale of David Farnsworth, a teenager who is having trouble fitting in at his new school. However, when one of the players comes down with an injury just before a do-or-die game, David reluctantly agrees to replace her. To the surprise of everyone, David's team wins.
